Role Overview: As a LinkedIn and YouTube Growth Expert at Al-Burraq Technologies, you will play a crucial role in expanding our online reach and engagement on these platforms. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase our followers, engagement, and visibility on LinkedIn and YouTube.
Key Responsibilities:
LinkedIn Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive LinkedIn growth strategy tailored to our company's objectives.
Create engaging content and posts to increase followers, likes, shares, and comments.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics to refine strategies for optimal results.
Collaborate with other teams to ensure LinkedIn content aligns with our brand messaging and marketing goals.
YouTube Strategy: Manage our YouTube channel and optimize it for maximum visibility.
Plan and execute video content strategies to increase subscribers, views, and engagement.
Stay updated on YouTube algorithm changes and best practices to ensure our content ranks higher.
Collaborate with content creators and videographers to produce high-quality videos.
Audience Engagement: Engage with our LinkedIn and YouTube communities by responding to comments and messages.
Foster a sense of community and encourage discussions around our content.
Implement outreach campaigns to attract potential followers and subscribers.
Analytics and Reporting: Regularly track and report on the performance of LinkedIn and YouTube activities.
Use data-driven insights to adjust strategies and improve results.
Provide regular reports to the management team on growth and engagement metrics.
